Do you offer a price guarantee?

We know you want to shop around (we don't mind) and sketch out that room over and over again before deciding on what to purchase. We've already taken the stress out of buying furniture online with our Free Shipping and 30-day returns. Now we are going a step further...
Price Increase: If the price of a product increases, we will honor the previous lower price for 30 days (excludes sales).
Price Decrease: We want you to shop safe in the knowledge that you are getting our best pricing! Therefore, if an item goes on sale or if the price decreases within 30 days of your purchase, please reach out to us and we will refund the difference.
Please Note: Our price guarantee does not apply to items that are currently out of stock and not available to purchase, shipping or upgraded delivery fees.
Do you have a showroom or brick and mortar location?
Currently we don't have any showrooms. This allows us to offer the great pricing you see since we do not have any showrooms or sales people.
Are your products commercial grade?
Unless otherwise stated, all of our products are designed for residential use, and commercial use will void the manufacturer's warranty. For any products that are tested to official commercial grade, this will be noted as such in the "Product Details" tab on the product page. While most items are not commercial grade, they are still stress-tested to commercial standards. This stress testing is how we determine the weight limits for our items.

What kind of warranty is provided on your products?
Manufacturers Warranty: Things don’t always go as planned. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us right away. Please inspect items before signing for the delivery. Please refuse delivery if there is significant visual damage to the outer packaging.
1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty: Our standard manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the products’ date of delivery.
Where are your products manufactured?
Majority of iconic Sofas furniture is manufactured ethically in our own factory facility in Hyderabad.
Our company is compliant with all local laws and maintains strict criteria for ethical business practices and quality control.
Do you use BPL, flame retardants, or formaldehyde in your furniture?
We do not use these substances in any of our furniture.
Are finish colors shown in your photos accurate?
Our product photography was taken in-house with professional lighting to ensure that the colors are accurate. However, do be advised that your screen settings (such as brightness, contrast, and resolution) may affect how you see the colors and textures on your device.
Are swatches / samples available?
Fabric Swatches are available for many products.

Orders & Payments
I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?
Yes, perfectly safe. Our store is hosted on shopify hence all credit card information is handled by shopify with the 256-bit encryption and physical security that banks use.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) & Majority of wallet payments.
Will I get confirmation of my order?
An order confirmation email is sent to you when you place your order. If you have not received it within a few hours of placing your order please contact us to let us know. Another email will be sent when your order has shipped to notify you with tracking information.
Can I add something to an order I’ve already placed?
If you’re interested in adding another item after your initial order has been placed, you can just place a new order with the items you’re looking for!
Shipping, Delivery & Assembly
How will my order ship?
DOORSTEP SERVICE DELIVERY
The ordered products shall be delivered to customers as per the below conditions.
- For Residences / Offices situated on Ground Floor, Products would be handed over to Doorstep.
- For Multi-level buildings, Products would be placed in a secure lobby area after informing the Security desk.
- Arrangement of manpower to carry the furniture inside any space would be at customer’s sole responsibility.
- Assembly instructions if any would be provided along with the product.
- Kindly 'Measure your Space’ before ordering any Product.
- Modholic or our logistics partner would not be responsible if the furniture you ordered does not fit into your home.

How long does it take to ship my order?
In Stock Items: Your item(s) will be shipped from our Hyderabad based warehouse within 5-7 business days from the date of order.
Made to Order: These items are made-to-order and specially for you. The production lead time is approximately 3–4 weeks. We will do everything in our power to shorten the lead time.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, an email with a tracking link will be sent once we’ve packed and shipped your order. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and actual delivery times may vary or be subject to change.
Will I get a call when the furniture is going to be delivered?
With Parcel Delivery shipments, you’ll be notified with tracking that will indicate when your shipment is due to arrive. For large shipments, our Freight delivery partners will call ahead of time to schedule a delivery appointment.
Can I place my order on hold to be delivered after a certain date?
As long as your order hasn’t already shipped, we can put a hold on your order for up to 30 days until you’re ready for us to send it! Just reach out to our customer service team to get this set up.
Can I change my shipping address after I place the order?
As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can make any changes to the order that you need! If your order has already shipped, it will be necessary to contact carrier about changing the address.
What happens if I miss my delivery appointment?
Parcel Delivery services like BluDart and Delhivery will make up to three attempts to deliver your packages, so don’t worry if you miss the first attempt! All Truck Delivery services call ahead to arrange delivery, and will hold your shipment locally for a few days while they call again to arrange another dropoff.
I ordered multiple items but they did not arrive together, what’s going on?
In a multi-pack shipment, part of your order may get separated from the rest of the order. This usually happens because one truck was filled before the entirety of your order was loaded onto it. If you ever notice that your whole order hasn’t shown up, be sure to check your tracking link; on the tracking page you’ll see a link reading “Packages in shipment”, which will show you the individual tracking numbers of each piece of your shipment.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We want you to love our products as much as we do, we therefore offer a 30-day return window. If your item isn’t perfect for your space, we’re here to help!
Our products are manufactured using high quality materials. We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment.
Made To Order: Products marked as "Made To Order" cannot be returned unless they arrive with defects/damages.
Carefully inspect your item as soon as you receive it, and notify us of any damage or defect within 48 hours of receiving your item. Issues not presented within 48 hours of delivery will not be considered and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Just take some pictures of the problem areas of the item as well as its packaging, and send them along to us at support@iconicsofas.com. We’ll be glad to help you from there with any replacements or repairs you may need!
Original packaging must be retained and used in the event of a return or exchange. If an item is returned without the original packaging, a repacking fee will be deducted from your refund.
All returns will be picked up at the outside entrance of your home or building at the ground level. If you require a pickup from inside your home, disassembly or repackaging of your items, a service fee will be deducted from your refund. These additional services may not be available in every zip code.

How much is return shipping?
We want you to love our products as much as we do, we therefore offer a q5-day return window for all eligible products. If your item isn’t perfect for your space, we’re here to help!
Clearance and Made to Order items are not eligible for returns. A flat 20% fee on the order value is deducted on all chargeable returns.
Important: Items must be in new or like-new condition to be eligible for returns or exchanges. Original packaging must be retained and used in the event of a return or exchange. If an item is returned or exchanged without the original packaging, a repacking fee will be deducted from your refund.
What should I do if my shipment is damaged or defective?
If anything shows up damaged or in less-than-perfect shape, please let us know! Take some pictures of the problem areas and send them along to us at support@iconicsofas.com. We’ll be glad to help you from there with any replacements or repairs you may need!
Can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at +91 8121277018 within in 24 hours of ordering.
If an item has already shipped, this will be considered a return.
